Executive Level 12-Month ‘Ongoing Support’ Program

(Specifically geared to Company Heads, Senior Executives and Independent Business Owners)

  • This is a unique 12-month Coaching program designed to give pre-scheduled monthly 1 – 1 ½ hour support sessions to address areas of concern related to your business’s health and wellness, from staffing issues, to financial decisions to growth target management.  (Pre-scheduling and pre-payment is required with this program to ensure continuity throughout the 12-month period).

-       Unique skill set training to enhance the Executive’s ability to understand, relate to and interact at optimum effectiveness with clients, business associates and direct reports

-       Are you maximizing your direct reports’ skills and abilities - do you have the most appropriate individual in the most appropriate position?  Incorrect placement can cost Employers thousands each year – make sure your choices are the most sound for your business

  • Relationship Building

-       Develop the skill of delivering respect, appreciation, understanding and tolerance to create a unified, dynamic team rather than just a group of people functioning individually under a business umbrella

  • Troubleshooting


-       Focuses specifically on the critical situation(s) at hand, with possible options for  resolution

  • Seminars

  • Workshops
